Diemen, July 16, 2025 – ManpowerGroup Netherlands has achieved a Silver medal in the most recent EcoVadis assessment. With a score of 74 points and a ranking in the 92nd percentile, the organization is among the top 15% of all companies assessed worldwide.
Within the ‘Temporary Employment Agencies’ sector, ManpowerGroup Netherlands even ranks among the top 3% of highest-scoring organizations. This recognition is partly due to initiatives such as:
- Sustainable offices: solar panels, energy-saving technology, and reduced energy consumption despite the expansion of charging capacity.
- Green mobility: accelerated transition to an electric fleet (heading towards 85%).
- Inclusive work culture: Business Resource Groups and leadership programs for young professionals and internal mobility.
- Social impact: including helping 900 refugees find work through social partnerships.
- Responsible business: sharpened policies and training on ethics, AI, and data protection according to the highest standards.
The EcoVadis medal underscores ManpowerGroup’s commitment to a sustainable and inclusive labor market.
