In the third quarter of this year, 30% of employers in the Netherlands expect to expand their current workforce. This is according to the ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey (MEOS), a survey conducted by ManpowerGroup in 41 countries and regions among more than 39,449 employers, including 524 in the Netherlands.
ManpowerGroup Netherlands has achieved a Silver medal in the most recent EcoVadis assessment. With a score of 74 points and a ranking in the 92nd percentile, the organization is among the top 15% of all companies assessed worldwide.
Almost half of Gen Z in the Netherlands are considering quitting their jobs within six months, according to ManpowerGroup’s Global Talent Barometer. Nevertheless, the Netherlands scores relatively high on job satisfaction within Europe (67%). ManpowerGroup calls on employers to better respond to the needs of young talent.
