Attracting new customers. The search for and eventual discovery of new employees for these clients. Plus, guiding these employees as they take a new step in their careers. As an Account Consultant, you’ll have no problem handling these tasks!
As an Account Consultant at Manpower Alkmaar, you will be responsible for these matters and many other challenging tasks. It may be a cliché, but it accurately describes the job: no two days are the same. One day you might start with a client visit, and the next day you might be at the office with your friendly colleagues. You will be in contact with many different parties, which will give you a great deal of energy.
In summary, bringing together supply and demand is a core task as an Account Consultant. You are also a discussion partner for the customer and contribute ideas about various work processes of the customer. You are given a lot of responsibility and manage your own profiles. So you need to be able to work independently. Of course, you will receive support from your colleagues where necessary!
As an Account Consultant in Alkmaar, your specific tasks will include:
- Performing sales activities, such as acquisition and recruiting (potential) customers
- Searching for (and finding) suitable candidates within various industries
- Ensuring proper guidance for placed candidates, you also serve as a source of information.
- Maintaining warm customer relationships
- Ensuring accurate administration

- At least higher vocational education (HBO) level of working and thinking
- Availability of at least 32 hours per week
